We recommend Discreet Carry Clips for users who want to run the MedMod inside the waistband (IWB). Kydex clips are best for outside the waistband (OWB) or IWB.

We warranty all products that we manufacture and sell for life. If something breaks under normal use, we'll replace it. We've got your back.

UTILITY POUCH

The utility pouch lets you mount an extra magazine, multitool, or flashlight.

THE SLEEVE

The Sleeve secures a tourniquet to the MedMod. It fits North American Rescue CAT's, SOF-T, and SnakeStaff Systems Tourniquets.

THE MINI GP

The Mini GP holds first-aid items like bandaids, antibiotic/burn cream, or pain allergy meds. It also can fit extra gloves.

HOLSTER ADAPTERS

SOLD SEPERATELY. WE sell two holster adapters for the MedMod. The "Holster Adapter" works with any holster that uses DCC clips like Tier 1, Alien Gear, HSP,etc. The "Sidecar Adapter" works with the TREX Arms sidecar holsters.

All our RSPNDR kits come with XShears: some of the sharpest, most reliable shears on the market–backed by a 5-year warranty.

BASE V2 (IWB/OWB)

The Base V2 fits trauma essentials like chest seals, wound-packing gauze, tape, first-aid, and gloves.

THE DECK

The Deck is a semi-rigid double-sided platform made of molded hook and thermoplastic that mounts all the components of the MedMod together. It mounts to Kydex or Discreet Carry clips or to any knitted loop surface.

THE DANGLER

SOLD SEPERATELY. The dangler allows for horizontal orientation of the MedMod platform for comfortable OWB use.
